sanna annukka smith

i love keane but i never knew that they have such a great design for their lates cd cover! well, i don't usually buy cds, i prefer downloading mp3 files. so i was quite excited when i found about sanna annukka smith through happy mundane. she's half finnish and half english. inspired by the nature and finnish folklore, her works are a combination of shilouette block shapes (i love shilouettes!) and intricate decorations. check out her interview right here. her website is i believe still on build, however you could have a look at more of her works in zeegenrush, a cool creative visual agency featuring outstanding artists.

These remind me of Klaus Haapaniemi's work (http://www.klaush.com/). He is also Finnish born, now based in London.
